• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

• By signing up, you confirm that you are single and seeking romantic connections.

• The Service operates on a monthly subscription basis.

• Payment must be made in advance for each subscription period.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless we could not provide a match within the month. Please email us at support@blinddates-satx.com to submit a refund request. We will review refund requests thoroughly before making a decision. Please note, we are not liable for instances where a date "ghosts" or fails to show up. Providing a match fulfills the obligation of one blind date per month. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the scheduled date, we will make every effort to arrange a replacement match promptly.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the Service will terminate immediately, and you will forfeit the opportunity to be matched for the current month.

• Matches are determined based on the preferences and information you provide during registration.

• The Service does not guarantee compatibility or successful relationships.

• Matches will be introduced once per month via the Service’s designated communication channels (email, phone calls, or text).

• You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

• You agree to treat all participants respectfully and adhere to proper social conduct.

• You will not share inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content through the Service.

• You acknowledge that meeting in person is at your own discretion and risk.

• Your personal information will be handled following our Privacy Policy.

• Information provided for matching purposes will only be used to facilitate the Service.

• The Service may anonymize and aggregate user data for analytical purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for commercial purposes or non-romantic activities.

• Harass, stalk, or otherwise harm other users.

• Create multiple profiles or provide false information.

• Engage in any illegal activities through the Service.

• The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

• Refunds will not be provided for accounts terminated due to violations.

• The Service may update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.

• Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Any disputes arising from your use of the Service will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Texas laws.
